The role of the B800
This cable enable to melt the snow so it is evacuated as rain in gutters. This avoids any overload due to ice and also avoids deteriorations of the structures.
It also helps to prevent water infiltrations into the roofs.
What power ?
With a power of 20 to 30W / m for gutters and 150 to 350W / m² for the eaves, snow and ice will no longer be a problem for you.
